A hands-on treatment where the touch is light and gentle. In this whole body approach we work from the cranium to the sacrum to gently release restriction, relieve pain and dysfunction without force or manipulation. Feel safe, supported and held as the body unwinds.

In a world of hustle culture, burnout and disconnect, this modality is a nervous system tonic that supports restoration and connection.

It takes time for the nervous system to unwind and recover from dysfunction.  These sessions are client-led, the treatment pace is set by you and the requirements of your body.

craniosacral + somatic therapy

A deeply restorative hands-on treatment where the touch is light and gentle.  This type of touch is vastly different from traditional bodywork and can be profoundly useful to help you resolve and release chronic stress and trauma held in your body, allowing you to reset towards safety.

Using a combination of somatic touch, craniosacral therapy, breathwork and SomatoEmotional Release we will work together to help your body and mind recover from the residual effects of cumulative stress, burnout, past injuries, trauma, and negative experiences or events.

This supports your nervous system to move from a switched on, hyper/hypo aroused survival state (fight / flight / freeze / shutdown) into a state where you can grow your capacity for a well regulating nervous system that is better equipped to flow with life’s ups and downs.

Sessions can vary widely as to how they unfold, we will be present where you’re at in that moment, allowing the session to flow organically, specific to your needs. Nervous System regulation and re-education work is delicate and takes time so we will work at the pace of your nervous system.  This allows you to integrate the information and learn the somatic skills gradually and apply them regularly over time.

With an integrative mind-body approach, a Craniosacral + Somatic Therapy session invites you to connect with yourself on a deeper level, providing insight and a sense of understanding as to how trauma and past experiences have affected the health of your whole body.

 

holistic bodywork

Anatomically precise with an energetic approach, this full body massage experience invites you to surrender to the nourishing touch and let your stress melt away.

Focusing on the muscles and the fascia of the body, you’ll get the benefit of the oil-based relaxation massage and bodywork you love, using a combination of techniques – flowing strokes, myofascial unwinding, acupressure, longer craniosacral holds and cupping where required. 

The experience is restorative and personalised, your body gently lets go of protective holding patterns, tension is released, the mind finds freedom and your breath falls into a naturally slower rhythm as you sink into a deep state of relaxation and whole body healing.

These sessions are a potent blend of somatic healing, body-based practices, and soul medicine all woven together in an intentionally held space.

I work from a heart-centred, nervous system informed approach.  I remain deeply present and attuned to you during your treatment so that you can be transported to a space of calm and centred serenity.

How frequently you’ll want to come is something we decide together based on what feels appropriate for your individual needs. Periodic tune-ups never hurt.

Once you register and pay for the first session, you will be automatically allocated into the remaining sessions.
