January..... the month that felt like it went for January..... the month that felt like it went for 7.5 weeks.

Lots of family time, beach time, read four books,  had my first Yochi, studio planning and photoshoot days and kicked off the online somatic movement classes.

Is it time to shift your approach a little and loo Is it time to shift your approach a little and look at Nervous System regulation from a different perspective? 

While it's great to look to guides, worksheets and resources from other people to start exploring how they may land for you, unfortunately there is no 5 step protocol or biohack to that will magically reset or rewire your nervous system instanlty.  It's not a once and done type of thing. 

Other people's perspectives can be a great starting point but I would also invite you to check in the with the  urgency with which you are looking for the resources -  are you wanting someone to give you the steps, the how-to, the answers? If that's the case then it may be that you are seeking from outside and moving further away from relationship to self. 

We become focused on the fixing rather than having compassion for ourselves where we are at. 

Your nervous system, thrives on routine. It needs consistency: regular sleep, balanced nutrition, rest, ovement, social connection, and time in nature.  All of these things take time to practice and build habits that are workable with our lifestyle.  There also needs to be an element of flexibility around our regulation practices so that we can adapt and change as life does.
